I'll offer myself as a team member, I am primarily a programmer / eventer though I have some animation background. If no one wants to take me up on it I'll go in solo.
so what exactly is it you are looking for in a team member?

so what exactly is it you are looking for in a team member?
If the individual is the team leader: A clear communication pipeline, a good plan for integrating team members' work into the overall project, a willingness to accept criticism, and a desire to win.

If the individual prefers to be subordinate: A willingness to address problems and issues as they arise (and own up to their failures if necessary), time to put in the work that they need to do, competency in their specialization, and a desire to win.
